1. Services Offered

Aaashe Sentiment Garden provides emotional support, listening sessions, motivational content, and digital products such as journals, e-books and guides. These services are not therapy, counseling, or medical advice.

2. User Responsibilities

By using this site or purchasing from us, you agree that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
• You will provide accurate information during booking or checkout.
• You will not misuse our services or content.
• You understand that sessions are confidential, but not legally bound like therapy.

3. Payment Terms

• All prices are in USD and processed securely through Stripe.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking or purchase.
• Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
• If you miss a booked session without 24-hour notice, no refund is given unless otherwise stated.

4. Booking and Rescheduling

• Listening sessions are booked through Calendly.
• You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance.
• Late arrivals may receive a shorter session.
• No-shows without notice may result in forfeiting the session fee.

5. Tardiness & Session Cancellation Policy

For 15-minute sessions: You have a 4-minute grace period to join. If you arrive more than 4 minutes late, the session will be automatically canceled. No rescheduling or refund will be provided.

For 30-minute sessions: You have up to 9 minutes to join. If you arrive more than 9 minutes late, the session will be automatically canceled and considered a no-show. No rescheduling or refund will be provided.

Please plan to be on time to receive the full value of your session.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including audio sessions, journals, guides, affirmations, logos, and branding—is the property of Aaashe Sentiment Garden. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute any content without written permission.

7. Email Communication

By subscribing to our email list, you agree to receive updates, offers, affirmations, and event news. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails. Our email system is managed through MailerLite.
